A life coach helps you understand and move past what stops you from succeeding in a specific area of your life. We all have at least one thing we wish we could do more successfully. Something that, no matter how hard we try, we just can’t seem to accomplish.

There are three phases to my coaching program: Discovery, Goal Setting, and Accountability.


I believe that every human being acquires limiting beliefs during their life. This is a subconscious message that we tell ourselves is true, even when it’s not.

Coaching provides a system to help you recognize, eliminate, and move on from limiting beliefs.

After all, how will you change what stops you if you don’t know what it is?

Goal Setting and Accountability

Once you see your limiting beliefs, we can get down to work on phase 2—Goal Setting.

Coaching is about goal setting and accountability. Think of your coach as your success partner—the one who cheers you on and keeps you honest with yourself.

    End of Life Coaching

    The end of life can be a traumatic time for the one who is dying as well as for family and friends. End of Life Coaching helps the dying and their loved ones understand and navigate the dying process.

    • Daily/weekly plans
    • An informed and understanding ear
    • Care options
    • End of life expectations
    • Help with emotions about the upcoming loss
    • Help on how to speak to the dying
